The Swarm Project was a timely publication created to analyze the social sphere in search of both deplorable and righteous actions by entities or individuals within the American public. With that information, these actions were categorized into either Starlings or Public Enemies for a period. Starting January 2020, the monthly Public Enemy and Startling columns will no longer receive updates. The Feed blog section of the website will continue to operate as normal.
