If you take nothing else away from this post understand the need for urgency. There are policies put in place by those in power every day in this country. Policies that ruin or improve, policies that shape or deconstruct, policies that give or take. Although we cannot reach everyone in every position of power, we can put pressure on them to force their hand. 2020 marks an important year for the future of this nation; it could very well steer the direction of the United States on both a national and global scale for years to come.
